POLICIES

SESSION TIMES

Tutoring sessions will be scheduled for a minimum of 1/2-hour time slots.

IELTS/TOEFL preparation minimum 1 hour lesson duration

PAYMENT

Payment for the months scheduled sessions is due by the 1st of the month.

FEES (non-refundable)

Individual tutoring (general) (60 minutes) $24.00

Registration Fee (one time fee) $20.00

Returned check fee (US/Canada) $25.00

Emergency Scheduling Fee $20.00

CANCELLATION POLICY

Each time slot is reserved specifically for the student. Due to the time commitment of the tutor, a forty-eight hour notification is required due to illness (with the exception of emergencies). Regular fees will be assessed for all other cancellations and "no shows." Late arrivals sometimes cant be avoided, but the session wont be prorated.

MAKE-UP SESSIONS

If the contractor or tutor have to cancel, that session will be credited to the following month. Make-up sessions will be allowed when prior notification is given and based on the availability of the tutor.

SUSPENSION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to suspend our tutoring contract for non-payment or excessive cancellation or no shows.
